Selection Criteria and Procedure

CRITERIA

We are always on the look out to include the best talent in to our team. Upcoming new projects and client contracts will boost employment opportunities at Solitaire.

The qualities we look for in a candidate are intelligence, an ability to learn, zeal and personality. We provide excellent training and career advancement programs. The prerequisites to join our team are strong communication skills, swift decision making skills and patience.

PROCEDURE

The first step will be to inform the HR division to schedule the interview time. Then the division managers will contact the candidate for the phone interview which is the first round of interview. Successful completion of phone interview will be followed by Face to Face interview with the Division Managers.

The candidate will meet few people who are the division managers or colleagues in the similar role in the first interview. During this there might be a testing session, only for evaluating candidate's technical level, depending upon the division applied for. This test only will not be a key factor for the decision makers.

We give importance to Personality and Accountability. On passing the test and/or first interview the next round of interview will be a Face to Face Interview with our CEO/CFO.

On successful selection in to the company, the candidate will be given Employment Agreement and Study Material, depending upon the division selected in and corresponding needs. Finally HR Department will notify the others by putting up the news on HR Notice Board followed by a small induction and welcome procedure to congratulate the candidate on becoming a Solitaire.
